Reasons why Your Employer Account is Deactivated

First of all, this article is concerned with DEACTIVATED accounts. If you see the message "We are still verifying your account", this means the account is not deactivated, but the verification is still pending. In this case, read more in this article.

This article is for you, if you see this message:

There are a number of reasons why your account might be deactivated:

  1. We could not verify the validity of the data you gave us in the sign-up survey. We might not be able to validate, whether you actually work for the company you stated, whether you represent your company in the regions you stated and so on
  2. The data you stated in the sign-up survey otherwise violates our terms and conditions
  3. While using our app, you or your company violated our terms and conditions
  4. You or your company asked us to temporarily deactivate your account
