1. The different tabs in the profile
The overview tab shows your basic company information, benefits, office locations and perks, and gives you the option to display media and answer frequently asked questions
The culture tab lets you showcase more of your employer brand by displaying diversity statistics, review platforms, values, media and more
The testimonial tab gives your employees the stage to describe why they love working at your company in written or video form
The about the application tab dives deeper into relevant information on working styles, languages spoken, team functions, required skills and the steps of the application
The events tab lets you promote your employer branding events - find more on this in a separate article here

2. Editing content on your premium profile
Clicking on "Edit Profile"Β on the top right of the profile leads you to the input mask where you can edit all relevant contents
To navigate between editing the different tabs, use the profile sections on the left of the input mask
We do not allow changing the company name, main location and LinkedIn URL, since logic within our app depends on these - feel free to reach out if you want changes to these items
You cannot remove the company logo, but if you want to replace it, just click upload or drag and drop another logo into the drop zone
If you want a certain content section to be displayed, make sure to turn on the turquoise switch on the top right of this section "Display content in profile"
Whenever you have made changes to content in the input mask, you will have to use the "Save"Β button to make the changes permanent

3. Tips on optimizing your profile contents
We advise to fill as many sections with content as possible - the more information you display, the better you can differentiate your brand and inform your candidates
For the text elements, we advise to keep the displayed content short, simple and consider using line breaks to structure the text
Try using emojis to spicy of the content and make the text blocks easily digestible
For the images you upload (logo, cover image and image galleries) follow the suggested dimensions described in the drag & drop zones for the images in the input mask

4. What students will see
Whenever you leave a input field empty, it will not be displayed to students
In order to display content to students, make sure to turn on the turquoise switch on the top right of this section "Display content in profile"
If you leave an entire section empty (e.g. the culture tab), the entire tab will not be displayed to students
Beyond what you can see in your view, students will also see all live jobs that you have posted on CareerOS on the My Jobs page
