How does AI work in CareerOS?

In CareerOS there are plenty of AI tools you can use to improve your job search journey and make it way easier! From messages recommendations, to interview or networking tips! We are going to guide you through them in this article: 

AI Messaging

This is probably one of the most useful tools you have in CareerOS. We know it can be hard to start a conversation with someone you don't know yet, so every time you contact someone using CareerOS, you will get recommended messages based on the contact's profile and your interests. CareerOS AI gets smarter the more you use it, so we recommend you work on it and you will get the best messages with time.

If you go to the inbox and click on any contact, whether you want to send a LinkedIn connection request, an email or a LinkedIn message, CareerOS AI will automatically generate a message. You can choose if you want to modify it, generate a new one or, directly, delete it and draft your own text.

Whenever you are in any Company's Page (you can get to it clicking in any company), you can click on "AI Tools", and you will see plenty of tools:

You can use this tool if you want to learn more about the company. The Core Business, recent developments or about the culture.

Learn About Roles

If you are interested about a certain role, you can learn about the activities you would perform in this certain company. This is really useful to dig deeper before applying or before an interview, to be more prepared. Once you click on it, you can choose either a job you have already saved, or just fill the name of the position you are interested in:

Questions to Ask in a Coffee Chat

Scheduling a Coffe Chat? So Exciting! However, it can make you a little bit nervous or you might be wondering what to talk about or what to do. If you use this AI tool, you will get recommendations of questions to ask and topics to talk about. You will have to do the same step you did before, just fill the position you are interested in, and you will get recommendations like this:

Interview Preparation

At this point we all know you have to prepare your interviews in depth and think about relevant questions to ask, however, it's not always easy and it can be very time consuming.
